Mayhem Miller is the stage name of Dequan Johnson, a drag performer from Riverside, California. Mayhem competed on the tenth season of RuPaul's Drag Racewhere she was the fifth queen to be eliminated, placing 10th.
Her first name Mayhem is a reference to Tommy Lee's "MAYHEM" tattoo across his stomach. She adopted the name after watching Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson's sex tape.

Her drag sisters are Raven and Morgan McMichaels, all three started drag the very same day - May 10th, 2002. She also belongs in the same drag family as Detox, Delta Work, and Vicky Vox (of DWV fame, and Detox's daughter).
Mayhem and her drag sister, Morgan McMichaels, have very similar Drag Race Track records. They both won the first challenge in their respective seasons, lip-synced twice during their seasons, both went home on their second time lip-syncing, and both of them were the fifth to go home.
