Episode 1 : "Wickedest Witch"

Summary : The nine queens are gathered around and presented one by one, while the Boulet Brothers proceed to announce the main challenge, which is to design a witch look and reenact the death of the Witched Witch from the West. In the preparation room, multiple subjects are being talked about, such as Ursula's tattoos, Vander being a drag baby, Foxie and Xochi being excited for the competition, Ursula and Loris' worries about eating meat for the extermination challenges and Pinche and Loris having a "similar" outfit.

Following the runway presentaions, Foxie, Xochi, Vander and Frankie Doom recieve great critiques from the judges, with Vander being declared winner of the week's main challenge. The judges then negatively critiqued Loris, Meatball and Pinche. Ursula and Melissa recieved very mixed critiques, but they both end up being safe, meaning Loris, Meatball and Pinche are placed in the bottom 3. The extermination challenge is to remain calm and keep your hands down while being locked in a coffin and getting multiple objects being thrown & poured at you. Loris and Meatball succesfully passes the challenge, while Pinche is struggling. She was then exterminated.

During the process, they discuss about their critiques and if they thought they were fair and who they think stayed. Without any prevention, Loris suddenly arrives. They proceed to ask what was the extermination challenge like. Meatball arrived a few minutes after, followed by Israel, the Brothers' butler, who gave shotglasses to the girls and a note from the Boulets, saying to gather around The Vault, where the main judges describe the main challenge and the extermination challenge.

From the critiques of the judges, Loris, Meatball, Vander and Foxie are declared the 4 best for the main challenge, with Loris being the winner, which automatically puts Melissa, Xochi, Ursula and Frankie in the bottom 4. Dracmorda and Swanthula proceed to explain the extermination challenge, which is to wrestle in a mud pool with another contestant. Melissa is paired up with Xochi, and Frankie is paired with Ursula, to match body types. Befierce delivers a great performance, making her the winner of the extermination challenge. Later that night, Ursula Major was exterminated.

Meet the Queens

Foxie Adjuia was one of the nine contestants to compete on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' DRAGULA. Foxie was exterminated on the third episode, and finished 7th.

Drag Name Origin

Malik's last drag name is a play on words with à jouer, which is French for to play with.

Episode 1 - "Wickedest Witch"

In the preparing room, Foxie told that she was happy to be a part of Dragula, because it proves to her that she has potential and a chance to do more than what she usually does. On the main stage, Adjuia was praised of having surprised the judges. Foxie's sexiness, femininity and confidence placed her high in the challenge, but she did not win.

Episode 2 - "80's Female Wrestler"

On the main stage, Foxie's wrestler concept was a literal take on words with the slang "the shit", meaning "extraordinarily good". She is told that her wrestler outfit is very bland, boring and bottom-material, but her concept and execution is praised by the Brothers and Magnus, as it was shocking and disgusting. Adjuia was one of the best, but did not win the main challenge.

Frankie Doom was one of the nine contestants to compete on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' DRAGULA. Frankie did it to the finale, but ended as a runner-up alongside Melisa Befierce.

Episode 1 - "Wickedest Witch"

On the floor show, Frankie Doom recieved no in-depth critiques, in which the main ones were the teeth adding a scary and creepy vibe, and resembling the Zuni doll from the Trilogy of Terror. Frankie placed high, but did not win the challenge.

Episode 2 - "80's Female Wrestler"

On episode 2, based on her performance on the main stage, Frankie gets told of having a genderfuck character, as Swanthula described her as super masuline and super feminine, but having a disappointing character realization. She was declared in the bottom 4, but survived.

Formerly know as Serket Vane, Loris was one of the nine contestants to compete on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' DRAGULA. Loris was exterminated on the fourth episode alongside Xochi Mochi, and finished 5th/6th.

Loris Volkle was born and raised in Winterthour, Switzerland. When he was young, he would watch his mother practice burlesque, which was a huge inspiration to him and his drag. Contrary to many beliefs, he did not know English until 4th grade, making her a bilingual queen speaking both German and English.

Drag Name Origin

As mentionned, Loris' former drag name was Serket Vane, but decided to change to her real name, because it was more eccentric and androgynous. Another reason for her name change is that the most popular queens use their real name, such as Willam, Chad and RuPaul. She wanted to do the same.

Episode 1 - "Wickedest Witch"

In the preparing room, Loris admitted to be vegan, but volunteered to leave her comfort zone for the show. A moment after, Frankie Doom commented on Loris' and Pinche's looks being very similar. Her response was that their outfits are not the same, since Pinche's outfit is made of elastic and hers of leather. On the runway, Swanthula (the tiny Boulet) admitted to have liked Loris' outfit, giving him a manga-type witch vibe. He continued on to say that Loris was clunky after the reveal because she seemed distracted by what she was giving instead of embodying the concept. After this statement, Dracmorda added on that Volkle was scared to own her look, and that a winner should behave the opposite way. Loris was up for extermination, but survived.

Episode 2 - "80's Female Wrestler"

On the floor show, the judges eulogized Loris of having grown a lot since the first challenge, as she was unconfident on the main stage and did not embrace her character. The judges continued on saying that her makeup and attention to detail in the outfit was incredible. She was declared winner of this week's challenge.

Meatball was one of the nine contestants to compete on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' DRAGULA. Meatball was exterminated on the fifth episode, and finished 4th.

Episode 1 - "Wickedest Witch"

On the main stage, the Brothers critiqued Meatball of having a spot-on characterization, but also having an outfit that did not compliment her, such as the "Party City" cheap cape that held her back and a confusing color scheme. This week, Meatball was up for extermination, but survived.

Episode 2 - "80's Female Wrestler"

On the floor show, the judges tell Meatball that she understands the concept of an 80's wrestler, as it contains big hair and bright colors and is insulting and revolting. She is also praised for having a nice performance on the stage, such as doing cartwheels and body slams. She was one of the best for the main challenge, but did not win.

Melissa Befierce was one of the nine contestants to compete on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' DRAGULA. Melissa did it to the finale, but ended as a runner-up alongside Frankie Doom.

Episode 1 - "Wickedest Witch"

On the floor show, the judges critiqued Melissa of having a great stage presence, but not having an outfit theme wicked enough, being more like a galactic vilain and having a drag style that does not entirely fit the criterias of the show. This episode, Melissa was declared safe.

Episode 2 - "80's Female Wrestler"

The Brothers noticed that Melissa is strangely holding back while she is performing on the stage and not delivering enough. Magnus proceeds to tell that Befierce's look is not monster-y enough, and was looking for the alley cat in her as opposed to the well-mannered kitten. She was declared in the bottom 4. Befierce delivers a great performance, as she stayed in character and was aggresive against Xochi, making her the winner of the extermination challenge.

Pinche was one of the nine contestants to compete on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' DRAGULA. Pinche was exterminated on the first episode, and finished 9th.

Episode 1 - "Wickedest Witch"

In the critiques, the judges told Pinche that having two different colored irides as the main focus of the makeup is not good enough, and that a glitter face is the worst thing to do on the first episode of a competition, since it does not showcase your make-up abilities. Pinche was up for extermination. The extermination challenge was to keep your hands on your sides while being locked in a coffin and being thrown multiple substances and insects, such as maggots, crickets, water and dirt. Pinche, needing space for her hat, had to position herself directly underneath the hole where objects were being put, creating an iconic moment of the show. Since she had her hands covering her face the entire duration of the process, Dallas failed to remain calm and keep her hands down, automatically losing the challenge and was exterminated.

Ursula Major was one of the nine contestants to compete on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' DRAGULA. Ursula was exterminated on the second episode, and finished 8th.

Episode 1 - "Wickedest Witch"

In the preparing room, Ursula was saying that she started getting tattoos to express her feelings and tell her life story. On the floor show, Major got critiqued of having cheap-looking strange fabric choices. She was one of the worst, but was not in the bottom.

Episode 2 - "80's Female Wrestler"

On the main stage, the judges tell Ursula that she has everything to become The First Drag Supermonster, but that her wrestling outfit has very odd material which does not scream "disco". She is also critiqued of not giving her all in the competition. She was declared in the bottom 4. The extermination challenge was to wrestle in a mud pool, stay in character and be aggressive. Ursula disappointed the judges, and was exterminated later that night.

Vander Von Odd was one of the nine contestants to compete on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' DRAGULA. Vander did it to the finale and won the first season of The Boulet Brothers’ DRAGULA.

Episode 1 - "Wickedest Witch"

Vander expressed in the preparing room of feeling frustrated when she notices queens with a high popularity get too comfortable and lazy, because Odd is dying to get this status but is looked down upon for being new to the drag scene, although she is very talented. On the main stage, Vander is told to have slayed, for the reason that she was in character from moment A to moment B. Vander won the episode's main challenge.

Episode 2 - "80's Female Wrestler"

In the preparation room, Vander discusses about feeling validated, since she won the first challenge of Dragula and expected to do worse, as she was a drag baby during the time of filming and never got the chance to get her drag noticed by the huge drag community. From Vander's performance on the main stage, Vander gets very good criticism from the judges, getting told she had the most commited time on the floor show and that the characterization was spot-on. She was one of the best during the main challenge, but did not win.

Xochi Mochi was one of the nine contestants to compete on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' DRAGULA. Xochi was exterminated on the fourth episode alongside Loris, and finished 5th/6th.

Episode 1 - "Wickedest Witch"

In the preparing room, Xochi expressed that she is excited to get to know the girls. Being paired with talented girls makes her feel as she is improving. Xochi Mochi was praised by the judges for being the scariest contestant on the floor show. Darren Stein continued on and praised her for being very punk-rock. She was declared high for the challenge, but did not win.

Episode 2 - "80's Female Wrestler"

On the main stage, Swanthula admits of liking the concept, but noticed some defaults in the outfit after the reveal, such as shifting in the mask, the sleeves being unsecured to the hand and undergarments peeking through. She was declared in the bottom 4, but survived.
